The best route depends on whether you are located in east or north Kernersville:

From eastern Kernersville:

Take NC Hwy 150 east away from Kernersville. Take a left on Mt Carmel Church Rd. Turn left (North) on Hwy 68. Turn left (West) on Hwy 158. Stokesdale Veterinary Hospital is on your right just a few hundred feet down Hwy 158. Turn right just before the two large Magnolia trees.

From northern Kernersville:

Take Piney Grove Rd away from Kernersville, turn right on NC Hwy 158. Take a right at the first light, which keeps you on 158. Stokesdale Veterinary Hospital is about 1/2 mile down on the left just past the Post Office. Look for the two big Magnolia trees in the front yard.
